Overwhelmed? There's a Better Way to Get Organized

The Life Hack of All Life Hacks

We all have a lot going on in our lives. Just the tip of the iceberg, that is our todo list, may look something like: Get an oil change Put salt in water softener Go on a date night Take kids to the park Fertilize the lawn Prepare a presentation for work Get gifts for Mother's Day etc., etc., etc…

Getting nervous? On top of all those ToDos, we have intentions for different areas of our lives, like our Health & Fitness, our Careers, Relationships we have, and Adventures we want to take, just to name a few. With all of it mixed together, it can be easy to get overwhelmed. We need a way to organize it ALL, both our high level intentions, and our actions to take. We need a way to get done the things that matter most to us. We need… Let's Earn It!

How to combat anxiety of the chaos of life, and get things done that matter most, with Let's Earn It: Step 1: Discover and prioritize your intentions Let's Earn It gives you 9 different Areas of Intention that you can categorize your Intentions into (Adventures, Career & Finance, Environment, Health & Fitness, Family Life, Friendships & Community, Love Relationship, Skills & Creative Life, and Spiritual Life). You can discover new intentions in each with a guided flow that offers you ideas.

Once you've discovered some of your intentions, you can prioritize them. This alone has value, to come back often and be reminded what your current intentions are and which ones matter most.

Step 2:

Define actions to take for your intentions If you're coming from another ToDo app, they tend to organize things into Lists -> Tasks -> Subtasks. Let's Earn It is similarly organized, but as Intentions -> Actions -> Subactions. Actions can have a Due Date, Reminder (notification), Description, and a List of Subactions. They can also be in one of three stages of Priority (Now, Next, or Later).

Step 3:

Prioritize and Get R' Done Once you've added actions to your intentions, you can begin to use your Actions Board. This is where you can see ALL of your actions regardless of intention, and they are categorized into the three stages of priority (Now, Next, and Later). (Let's Earn It Beta Screen Capture) Actions Board stages of Now, Next, and LaterYour use of Now, Next, and Later is entirely up to you, but I recommend using Now to plan your day (Today or Tomorrow), Next to plan your week (This or Next Week), and Later for everything after that. Step 4: Look forward to new features being released often! My intention (pun intended) for this app is to help as many people as possible be more intentional and make progress in areas of their lives that matter most to them. I have many more features and capabilities planned, and will work with you and your feedback to make this as useful and effective as possible. There "may" be some social features for encouragement and inspiration in the works already…

Be intentional. Align actions. Buckle up. 🚀
